Shipping Options & Rates

We offer tiered shipping across South Africa to ensure your brand arrives on time and shelf-ready:

Standard "Event-Ready" FREE Delivery (3–5 Business Days – R0.00)

Ideal for planners and brewers with a lead time. All orders qualify for Free Shipping directly to your venue or brewery with no hidden fees.
Express Brand Launch (2–3 Business Days – R79.99)

Need your Custom bottle labels for a weekend festival? Choose Express at checkout for prioritized production and faster transit.
Overnight Competition Shipping (Overnight R199.99)

Perfect for last-minute competition entries or emergency gift orders. Orders with approved artwork by 10:00 AM qualify for overnight delivery. Orders approved after 10:01 AM will be dispatched the following business day.

The "Brewer’s Guarantee" & Approval Timeline

Because we specialize in Custom bottle labels printing, your shipping countdown begins only after you have digitally approved your final print proof.

Design Accuracy: We know competition specs are strict. Please double-check your custom bottle labels template for legal requirements (ABV, volumes, etc.) before hitting "Approve."
Wholesale & Bulk: Large-scale custom bottle labels wholesale orders for breweries may require an additional 24 hours for precision finishing and industrial-grade packing.

We partner with South Africa’s most reliable couriers (including The Courier Guy and Fastway) to ensure your labels stay dry and crisp, even if they're traveling to the most remote craft festivals.

Real-Time Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email or WhatsApp the moment your shipment leaves our Johannesburg facility.

Important: Custom Goods Policy

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, please note that custom-printed products (specifically those created to your unique event or brand specs) are exempt from standard "cooling-off" returns.

Quality Check: If your labels arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence for a priority reprint.

Support & Local Hub Collection

Running behind on a local Johannesburg event? You are welcome to collect your order directly from our hub by either sending someone to collect or send your owner couries (Bolt /Uber etc) if you cannt make it to our sales office.
